- Create and approve the main concept of the stores design

Negotiating the pricing and payment with vendors
Responsible for the supervising of fit out

- Responsible for the preparation of stores budget for maintenance needs
- Organizing and monitoring regular maintenance checks of the facilities
- Creating contracts with third parties regarding maintenance (A/C, electrical, plumping, cleaning, etc.)
